Changes in requests

• Property NewPreQuoteBenefits will be removed from endpoint POST /api/policies/mta/{{policyId}}/preQuotes in version 1.10. MTA PreQuote will then always be created with all benefits, similarly as we create "standard" PreQuote.

Removed endpoints

• Endpoint for creating a PreQuote Underwriting session POST /api/preQuotes/{{preQuoteId}}/uwSessions,
• Endpoint for creating a Policy Underwriting session POST /api/policies/{{policyId}}/uwSessions.
